We recently purchased a new home throught Rita Veermersch. Rita was wonderful. She was always willing to go the extra mile. She was always available to answer questions and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything we needed to know. Rita always kept us informed. She would even call to let us know if there was no progress, just so we weren't left wondering where everything was. Not only did she help us find a home and make an offer, she attended the inspection and the closing with us as well. During the closing she made sure we were comfortable with all of the papers and explained anything that we asked her about. After the closing, we had a few issues with the house (not due to anyone's fault) and she continued to help us with anything we needed. We would enthusiastically recommend Rita to anyone buying or selling a home, particularly those that are first-time home buyers or those who haven't bought or sold a home in a long time.

In addition, our situation was a little unusual, as we chose to see our house by owner. We were unsure as to how any realtor would feel working with us to buy a home, if we didn't want them to sell ours. Rita was very helpful. Never once did she push us to sell it through her. She was a great resource, in fact. We felt comfortable calling her to ask questions about the selling process and she always had an answer. She also assisted us by providing us with competitive market research as well as any forms that we needed (that she was allowed to pass along). Without having Rita to bounce questions and ideas off of, the whole process would have been much harder.
